Going Home...soon

I finished the label on the tshirt quilt this afternoon.  It is all done and ready to be returned to Rachael - I so hope she like this one.  It's going to be tough to see all those tshirts again...but I hope the love in them can help her through the years to come.

The label means a lot to.  Apparently Jason's favorite song was Dock of the Bay by Otis Redding.  So I included a line from the song for the title on the label.  (I'm having a hard time posting a picture from Print shop - so I'm going to take a picture of it with the camera)

Wanda's two quilts arrived - I took a chance - loaded the red/black heart one - wound bobbins - and even went as far as to put the red/black variegated thread on the machine and adjust the tension - EVEN though she had not told me for sure to use that thread...that's how confident I was that she would pick the variegated.  She emailed me this morning...YES heehee - I was correct.  She picked the variegated thread.  I'll be working on this one now - and can't wait to please a new customer.

The t-shirt quilt is beautiful and I love the label. I am sure the owner of this one is very pleased.
