Here is our Garden Party Fence (each year we have a theme) this makes for a LOT of fun and games!
As the weekend progressed we got more flowers and more little notes on them!
Every Garden needs a flamingo
A rotary cutter accident!
Sandy helped me lay out my Stonehedge "hot flashes" blocks.
Our final choice
Vandy adding flowery notes
My husband Bill bought me this Quilter sign...I think I'll put it on my sewing room door
Here are my finished project from the retreat....I tried to make log cabin block but continued to do them wrong...in my defense I was miserable on Saturday with a bad case of allergies!
On Saturday night we had a little fun with our flowery notes. We had Mother Nature come and read a few notes...we laughed and carried on - it was so much fun to see all our friends join in with the theme. Everyone made hats or dressed up. And every garden needs a BEE right? (that would B me in the bee costume...lol)
And now it's another 365 days until the next retreat!

Love the bee costume!! Did you come up with a name for your little bee that I made you?
What fun we had!!!! I love how the fence turned out.
Love both of your quilts. You have every right to brag.
I made hotflash too! I used a bali pop -- zinfandel! It turned out gorgeous! I like yours too!
